IOT Solutions
Stronger customization demand, rising customer expectations, the complexity of the global supply chain – these and other challenges encourage manufacturers to find new, more innovative ways to compete.
The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is a method of achieving digital transformation in manufacturing. The manufacturing industry has traditionally been driven by innovation, and it is currently experiencing the fourth industrial revolution, also known as 'Industry 4.0.' Industrial IoT uses a network of sensors to collect critical production data and cloud software to transform that data into valuable insights about the efficiency of manufacturing operations. Modern sensors, drives, actuators, and robotics have enabled a manufacturing revolution in areas such as supply chain, transportation, communication, housing, energy, and production
IoT has the potential to have a significant impact on manufacturing businesses, allowing them to better plan, control, integrate, analyze, and optimize processes by establishing a network of connected machines, systems, devices, and humans. This connectivity, as well as the data generated by this network, will provide manufacturing companies with numerous potential opportunities, such as improving operations, improving customer experience, and strengthening supply chain, among others.
We provided IOT implementation for one of our clients ELGi,helps in data capturing during the manufacturing process. Our solution helps manufacturing firms utilizing IoT assets to connect machines and systems – a paradigm shift that allows for real-time asset monitoring. Using our MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) tool we transport the data from hardware to software. Sensors aid in the tracking of production processes and the transmission of status information to the appropriate personnel. Also, a QR code will be generated once the product completes the stages of built in the assembly line.
It provides a platform for asset management and control for improved operation and production, allowing for proactive and timely manufacturing decisions. Asset tracking in manufacturing enables easy monitoring of key equipment and final products, enhancing logistics, sustaining inventory, and preventing quality issues.
